Prokhorov’s RBC Purchase

Billionaire Mikhail Prokhorov will complete the purchase of a 51 percent stake in RBC Information Systems by June, said Vladimir Pakhomov, investment director at Prokhorov’s Onexim Group, Vedomosti reported.

Onexim Group’s Pragla got an approval for the purchase from the Federal Anti-Monopoly Service and can now proceed with the acquisition, the newspaper said.
