Founder - Mikhail Prokhorov
Mikhail Prokhorov is among the most successful and prominent Russian businessmen. His personality and entrepreneurial skills were the driving force behind the success of today’s leaders of the Russian economy: Norilsk Nickel, Polyus Gold, ROSBANK, Open Investments and numerous other projects and businesses. In 2007, Mikhail set up the ONEXIM Group with the purpose of creating a leading international Russia-based diversified private investment fund.
CEO - Dmitry Razumov
Dmitry Razumov has been Director of ONEXIM Group since 2007. In 2014, he joined the Boards of Uralkali and UAi; in May of the same year, Mr. Razumov was appointed Chairman of the Board of Brooklyn Nets. In 2013, Dmitry was appointed Chairman of the Board of Renaissance Financial Holdings Limited. From 2012 to 2013, he served on the Board of RENAISSANCE CAPITAL INVESTMENTS LIMITED, and from 2011 to 2013, was member of the Board of Directors at Polyus Gold International Limited. As of 2012, he’s served on the Board of Intergeo MMC Ltd., and is Chairman of the Board at Onexim Holdings Limited. From 2011, Dmitry has acted as Chairman of the Board of the Soglassye Insurance Company and yo-AUTO. From 2008 to 2012, Dmitry Razumov was member of the Board at UC Rusal. In 2009 – 2010, served on the Board at Norilsk Nickel, while Chairing the Board of IFC Bank. As of 2009, becoming a Board member at Renaissance Financial Holdings Limited. As of 2008 till present time, Mr. Razumov has been a Board member at OPIN (becoming Chairman of the company’s BOD in 2010) and at Intergeo. From 2001, Dmitry served as Deputy CEO for M&A at Norilsk Nickel and was responsible for groundbreaking deals, acquiring foreign assets of Stillwater Mining Company and Gold Fields, while spinning off Polyus Gold. In 2000 – 2003, joined the Board at Sonic Duo, later – at MegaFon - Russia’s third largest mobile phone operator. From 1999 to 2003, Dmitry acted as Managing Director at LV Finance, an investment fund specializing in consultancy services on corporate finance and venture investments. From 1997 to 1998, he worked as Deputy Head of Investment Banking at the Renaissance Capital Investment Bank. Earlier, from 1994 to 1997, he practiced law at the international law firm of Clifford Chance. Dmitry Razumov graduated (magna cum laude) from the Moscow State Institute of International Affairs, majoring in International Law.
Deputy CEO - Michael Sosnovsky
Michael Sosnovsky has been Deputy CEO of ONEXIM Group since May 2007. From November 2008 to 2010, he served as a Board member at IFC-Bank, and has been a member of the Board at OPIN since December 2008. Michael has a vast experience in corporate law and corporate governance matters. Before joining ONEXIM Group, he held the position of Vice-President and Adviser to CEO of Norilsk Nickel and represented the company on the Board of Directors of Gold Fields. In 2000-2003, Michael served as General Counsel and Vice-President of LV Finance. Prior to that, he practiced law at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, Eckstein & Partners and Firestone Duncan Legal Services Ltd. Michael graduated magna cum laude from the International Law Department of the Moscow State Institute of International Affairs.
Deputy CEO-Investment Director - Valery Senko
Valery Senko joined ONEXIM Group in May 2007. Prior to that, since 2002, Valery had held a number of positions at the Corporate Development and M&A with Norilsk Nickel, focusing on implementing the company’s international M&A and corporate development projects, and managing investor relations. In 2000-2002, Valery worked as a business analyst with ROUST Inc, Sputnik Group and Gazprom-Media. Valery was a Board member at Quadra. Currently, he serves as a Board member at OPIN, RBC, Renaissance Credit, yo-AUTO and Soglassye Insurance Company. Since April 2012 serves as Chairman of the Board of RBC. In March 2014 he entered the Board of Uralkali .
He graduated magna cum laude from the Moscow State Institute of International Affairs with a degree in international economics.
CFO - Elena Barbasheva
Elena Barbasheva joined ONEXIM Group in September 2007 to become its CFO. Elena has represented the Group on the Board of Directors of KM Invest, where she held a similar position from 1997 through 2007. Prior to joining ONEXIM Group, she held a number of management positions at Interros – member of the management board and Director for Finance. Elena acted as Chairman of the Board of Directors at APK Agros from 2002 to 2008, and served on the Board at Roza Khutor in 2002-2007. Elena’s earlier experience includes ONEXIM Bank and State Tax Inspectorate. Elena graduated from the Moscow Financial Institute with a major in finance.
Deputy CFO - Ekaterina Salnikova
Ekaterina Salnikova joined ONEXIM Group in September 2007. Prior to that, Ekaterina served as Director for Corporate Entities at Interros in 1998-2005. In 1991-1997, she held various positions at the Russian State Anti-Monopoly Committee and was a member of the Committee’s Board. Throughout her career, Ekaterina served on Boards of Directors at SIDANKO, ROSBANK, Prof-Media, Power Machines, APK Agros, Open Investments, IFC-Bank and is currently Chairman of Polyus Gold and a Board member at Quadra and OPIN. Ekaterina graduated from the Sergo Ordjonikidze Management Institute with a degree in organization management and from the Russian Civil Service Academy under the RF President with a PhD in jurisprudence.
Executive director - Daniel Wolfe
Mr. Daniel Lesin Wolfe, J.D, was appointed Executive Director of ONEXIM Group in June 2014. Mr. Wolfe started out as a lawyer at Chadbourn & Parke, continuing his legal practice at Clifford Chance. Following that, from 1994 to 2008, he held management positions at such companies as Park Avenue Capital, Items Capital, Ladenburg Thalmann International Ltd. and BarterTrust.com. As such, from 1997 to 1999, he acted as Executive Director at Troika Dialog, serving as Acting President of Troika Dialog in 2001, moving on to become Senior Managing Director at Alfa Capital Partners in 2004.
In 2008, Mr. Wolfe founded Wolfeworks Limited, taking the post of the company’s President. From 2010 through to joining ONEXIM, he was responsible for strategic development at the Quadra power-generating company as Deputy General Director. At different times, he served on the boards of various companies, such as Troika Dialog, World Class Group, Marbleton Property Fund, Alfa Private Equity Partners I, IpoTek Bank, Alfa Asset Management, AutoLocator, and is currently Chairman of the Board at GenBank. Daniel L. Wolfe graduated summa cum laude from the Dartmouth College and has a J.D. degree from Columbia University.
