President - Mikhail Prokhorov

Mikhail Prokhorov is among the most successful and prominent Russian businessmen. His personality and entrepreneurial skills were the driving force behind the success of today’s leaders of the Russian economy: Norilsk Nickel, Polyus Gold, ROSBANK, Open Investments and numerous other projects and businesses. In 2007, Mikhail set up the ONEXIM Group with the purpose of creating a leading international Russia-based diversified private investment fund.

CEO - Dmitry Razumov

Before shifting his focus to financial ventures, early into his career, Dmitry Razumov practiced business and corporate law at Clifford Chance, followed by investment banking experience with Renaissance Capital, Russian leading investment bank. In 1998, he left Renaissance Capital to co-found the LV Finance, an independent venture capital firm that stands behind the success of MegaFon, the third largest mobile phone operator in Russia, before selling his interest in 2003. From 2001, Dmitry served as Deputy CEO for Strategy and M&A of Norilsk Nickel, Russia's largest mining company, leading its transformation into the world class company through groundbreaking deals with Stillwater Mining Company, Gold Fields and Polyus Gold, and pioneering industry’s best corporate governance standards among Russian blue-chip companies. After acquisition of the 14 percent stake in UC RUSAL by ONEXIM Group, Dmitry joined the UC RUSAL Board of Directors. Since December 2008, he has been a Board member of the OPIN Investment and Development Group. Dmitry joined the Norilsk Nickel Board of Directors in June. Prior to that, Dmitry was elected as a Board member of MMC Intergeo and as Chairman of the Board of MFK Bank.

Deputy CEO - Michael Sosnovsky

Michael Sosnovsky is the Deputy CEO of ONEXIM Group since May 2007. Since November 2008 he joined the Board of Directors of APR-Bank and the Board of Directors of OPIN in December 2008. Michael has vast experience in corporate law and corporate governance matters. Before joining ONEXIM Group, he held position of Vice-President and Adviser to CEO of Norilsk Nickel and represented the company on the Board of Directors of Gold Fields. In 2000-2003, Michael was General Counsel and Vice-President of LV Finance. Prior to that, he practiced law at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, Eckstein & Partners and Firestone Duncan Legal Services Ltd. Michael graduated magna cum laude from the International Law Department of the Moscow State Institute of International Affairs.

Deputy CEO - Christophe Charlier

Christophe Charlier joined ONEXIM Group as Deputy CEO in September 2008. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Renaissance Capital (RFHL), Rusal Global Management, and TGC-4 and is Chairman of the Board of Optogan. Prior to joining Onexim, Christophe was Director of Strategic Development and M&A at Norilsk Nickel from 2002 to 2004. From 1998 to 2002, Christophe was Vice President of LV Finance, a corporate finance and venture capital boutique in Moscow. Prior to that, Christophe worked in the Investment Banking Group of Renaissance Capital in Moscow and in the M&A Group of JP Morgan in New York. Christophe graduated cum laude with a BSE with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School and a BA in International Relations from the College of Arts & Sciences of the University of Pennsylvania.

Deputy CEO - Serge Chernitsyn

Serge Chernitsyn joined ONEXIM Group in 2007. He spent six years with Norilsk Nickel as Communications Director, developing and implementing new media communications for Norilsk Nickel and its Management Board. In 1997 and 1998, Serge was in charge of the press-service at ONEXIM Bank, and then head of public relations at ROSBANK. From 1995 through 1997, Serge was a special correspondent with the RIA Novosti news agency and head of the correspondents’ service of the Business Russia TV network (RTR).  From 2003 to 2007, Serge was in charge of the set up and development of media companies, which went on to form Norilsk Nickel’s "Media Platform" where he served as Chairman of the Board of Directors. He graduated summa cum laude from the Moscow State University’s School of Asian and African Studies with a degree in philology and political sciences. Currently, he serves as a Board member of the Mediagroup JV!.

CFO - Elena Barbasheva

Elena Barbasheva joined ONEXIM Group in September 2007 to become its CFO. Elena has represented the Group on the Board of Directors of KM Invest, where she held a similar position from 1997 through 2007. Prior to joining ONEXIM Group, she held a number of management positions at Interros – member of the management board and Director for Finance. Elena acted as Chairman of the Board of Directors at APK Agros since 2002 till 2008, and served on the Board at Roza Khutor in 2002-2007. Elena’s earlier experience includes ONEXIM Bank and State Tax Inspectorate. Elena graduated from the Moscow Financial Institute with a major in finance.

Deputy CFO - Ekaterina Salnikova

Ekaterina Salnikova joined ONEXIM Group in September 2007. Prior to that, Ekaterina served as Director for Corporate Entities at Interros in 1998-2005. In 1991-1997, she held various positions at the Russian State Anti-Monopoly Committee and was a member of the Committee’s Board. Throughout her career, Ekaterina served on the Boards of Directors of SIDANKO, ROSBANK, Prof-Media, Power Machines, APK Agros, Open Investments and is currently a Board member with Polyus Gold, Quadra (former TGC-4), APR-Bank and OPIN. Ekaterina graduated from the Sergo Ordjonikidze Management Institute with a degree in organization management and from the Russian Civil Service Academy under the RF President with a PhD in jurisprudence.

Director for Investments - Vladimir Pakhomov

Vladimir Pakhomov joined ONEXIM Group in June 2007 from the Vice-President position of Aquila Capital Group. Prior to that, Vladimir was with the Renova Capital investment fund and corporate finance department of Alfa Bank. In 2001, Vladimir worked at the foreign transactions department of the Central Bank of Russia (Bank of Russia). Currently, he is the member of the Quadra (former TGC-4) Board. Since June 2010 headed the Board of Directors of media company RBC-TV Moscow. Vladimir graduated summa cum laude from the Moscow State Institute of International Affairs with a degree in international economics and holds a CFA designation.

Director for Investments - Valery Senko

Valery Senko joined ONEXIM Group in May 2007. Prior to that, since 2002, Valery had held a number of positions at the Corporate Development and M&A with Norilsk Nickel, focusing on implementing the company’s international M&A and corporate development projects, and managing investor relations. In 2000-2002, Valery worked as a business analyst with ROUST Inc, Sputnik Group and Gazprom-Media. Valery is currently a Board member at Quadra (former TGC-4) and OPIN. He graduated magna cum laude from the Moscow State Institute of International Affairs with a degree in international economics.

Executive Director - Mikhail Rogachev

Mikhail Rogachev is Executive Director for Innovation since 2008. Prior to that, Mikhail was deputy CEO of Norilsk Nickel, being in charge of ‘Research and Engineering’. From 1996 to 2007, Mikhail was in charge of a number of enterprises of the YUKOS Oil Company, holding such positions as Engineering Director, President of Sibintek, Director General of the YUKOS Research and Development Center. 1995-1996, Mikhail worked at the ROSPROM Company. After graduating as a metallurgical engineer in 1982, he continued scientific research at his alma mater, the Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys, where he also obtained a Candidate of Sciences degree. Mikhail completed a course at the London Business School. Mikhail is currently a member of the Expert Group of the RSPP Innovation Policy Committee, as well as a member of the INTECH expert council.
